About the Recipe

Indulge in the goodness of an anti-inflammatory smoothie bursting with health benefits. Packed with fruits like pineapple, berries & turmeric, it fights inflammation naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water - or more to preference

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (frozen fine) 

  • ½ cup blueberries (frozen fine)

  • 1-2 handfuls kale or spinach (frozen fine)


  • 1 pinch ginger powder or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 1 tspfresh turmeric, minced or 1/4 tsp powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Can be stored in the fridge overnight, just give a stir to loosen up.
