Indulge in the goodness of an anti-inflammatory smoothie bursting with health benefits. Packed with fruits like pineapple, berries & turmeric, it fights inflammation naturally.
Ingredients
1 cup water - or more to preference
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (frozen fine)Â
½ cup blueberries (frozen fine)
1-2 handfuls kale or spinach (frozen fine)
1 pinch ginger powder or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1Â tspfresh turmeric, minced or 1/4 tsp powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp tahini
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Can be stored in the fridge overnight, just give a stir to loosen up.
