About the Recipe

Berries are a powerful antioxidant. Regular consumption of berries supports heart health, and boosts the immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 x banana

  • 2 x Brazil nuts

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup frozen berries

  • 1 cup almond/ soy milk or water

  • Squeeze lemon/ lime

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blitz until smooth.

  • Add more liquid if neccessary.

This can be made 1 day before and stored in the fridge.
