About the Recipe
Berries are a powerful antioxidant. Regular consumption of berries supports heart health, and boosts the immune system.
Ingredients
1/2 x banana
2 x Brazil nuts
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup almond/ soy milk or water
Squeeze lemon/ lime
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender, blitz until smooth.
Add more liquid if neccessary.
This can be made 1 day before and stored in the fridge.
